Coaching
Coaching on the radio together with daily briefing and debriefing (Daily tasks and post task analize). Max 6 pilots per coach.
Accomodation
Local guest house close to Garden Relais landing field (Walk distance). Bed options rooms 2 -6 people.
Expected tasks:
40km - 120km task will be set according to weather conditions.
Take Off's
Local site within 10 minutes walk and famous local transport buses 8 euro per person. Stella/Tapetti

Preparation list
Once you will book your trip with Us we will send you detailed checklist to get prepared for long xc flights. Following the list will help you to stay safe and use wisely your time to get best results.
Bassano transfer
We will arrange for you Bassano train station pickup (Paid) 10-20 euros usually.
Preparation presentation.
Our team pilot Leszek (Lester) Ziolkowski formal senior BHPA coach will run for you detailed 2-3 hours presentation to help you get more familiar with local conditions and special techniques. It will cover low save techniques, performance flying, and many many more. Lester is available for pilots every day for talks and daily briefing and debriefing.

Airplane return ticket
Airport destination is Venice Marco Polo or Treviso airport.
Meals and drinks during the day.
In walk distance from our accomadation we have couple of options to have great meals.
Local flying cards
Please note that local flying club fees (fly cards) are not included and need to be purchased individualy by pilots.

As competition and cross-country pilots, we do not waste time on improvisation. A precise operational regime is the foundation of high airtime, safety, and flawless task execution. Every phase of the day has a specific tactical purpose.

07:00 – 07:30 - Wake-up & CoffeeWake up at our base in Semonzo. Pure, sugar-free black coffee + breakfast—zero unnecessary stimulants, total mental clarity.
07:30 – 08:15 - Meteorological BriefingSounding analysis, gradient wind direction, pressure maps (Innsbruck-Bolzano), and overdevelopment risk assessment. Launch site selection (Stella / Tappeti).
08:30 – 08:30 - Gear Check, electronics check (flight instruments, power banks), and online FlyCard verification/purchase.
08:30 – 09:30 - Mountain TransferAssembly at the Garden Relais LZ in Semonzo. Breakfast option. Load gear into the shuttle (8 € fee) and head to launch.
09:30 – 10:30 Site Analysis & Waiting - Evaluate the thermal cycle on launch. Observe early birds or wings—no rushing, wait for the stable launch window.
10:30 – 16:30 - Core Phase: XC Task / TrainingLaunch. Punch through the inversion, hook into base, execute the planned route (speed-to-fly, gaggle management, airspace monitoring).
16:30 – 18:00 - Landing & Retrieval - Precise final approach at Garden Relais (watch out for afternoon valley breeze and mechanical gradients). Pack up the wing.
18:00 – 20:00 - Debrief & Track Analysis - Download IGC files from instruments, analyze tactical errors, and compare flight lines with the rest of the XCJunkies squad.
